Over 99% of the time the reward emails have been sent out from Ethnio. So it's always good to check and see if they have been caught by you spam filters.

Email email@example.com and we'd be happy to check the status of your reward and email your Amazon claim code if it's available for use.
Tip: add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of safe senders. This will make sure you receive all communication regarding current a future rewards, and help resolve any issues you have more quickly.
