I haven't received my money or second email yet

If you've already redeemed your Ethnio reward and selected a payment method, but haven't received the details of the payment you selected, there are a few things you can try right away:

  1. ✅ Check spam for any email from rewards@ethn.io in your spam folders or inbox. This is the most common issue.  You should have received an email within a few minutes after selecting a payment method. These emails look something like this:


  2. ✅ Verify your original redeem link is in the success state. When you click the first redeem link you received, it should look like the screenshot below. It's possible you may still need to select a payment method
