Reward FAQ: is it legit, missing links, and redemption help 🎁

Got a reward from an Ethnio study and have a question? Here are quick answers to the most common ones.

Is this reward legit? ✅

Yes. If you got a reward email from Ethnio, it's real. You earned it by taking part in a research study, and rewards are delivered through our rewards partner.

I didn't get my reward email, or my link is missing 📩

First check your spam or promotions folder, then email us if it's still missing. Reward emails sometimes land in spam or junk, so search there first and add rewards@ethn.io to your contacts. Still nothing? Email rewards@ethn.io from the email you used for the study and we'll resend your link.

My reward hasn't arrived yet ⏳

Rewards are not always instant, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. If it's been less than 2 to 3 weeks since your study, your reward may still be on its way. After that, email rewards@ethn.io from your study email and we'll look it up.

My redeem link isn't working ⚠️

Email rewards@ethn.io and we'll send you a fresh link. If your link failed or won't redeem, let us know from the email you used for the study and we'll issue a new one.
