Finished a survey or session and waiting on your reward email? Here's what to check and how long it usually takes.
Check your spam and add us to your contacts 📬
Reward emails often land in spam or promotions folders.
- Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for the reward email
- Add rewards@ethn.io to your contacts so future emails come through
- If you took part in a Netflix study, also add surveys@rewards.netflix.com
Allow time for processing ⏳
Rewards are not always instant — please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.
If it's been less than 2–3 weeks since your survey or session, your reward may simply still be on its way.

Email rewards@ethn.io and include what you can.
Include the study or survey you completed, the date, and the email address you used.
